摘    要:西葫芦木同瓜龄和后熟期对种子质量均有影响。在30~60d,瓜龄越长,种子的千粒重、单瓜产种量、发芽率、发芽势和活力指数越高;延长种瓜后熟期能明显地改善种子质量;在后熟期0~30d,随着后熟期的延长,种子的质量明显提高。瓜龄为40d,后熟期为10d的西葫芦种子,接近正常的种子质量标准,可作为生产上采种的重要依据。

Abstract:The fruit age and the post-ripening period affect the seed quality, as the fruit age lengthened (period of 30-60 days), the seed yield and the seed quality would be corresponding raised. Post-ripening could improve the seed quality obviously. As the ripening days increased, the seed yield and the seed quality were improved correspondingly.The best seed quality and high seed yield could be achieved when the seed fruit was picked 40 days after pollination and was left post-ripening for 10 days at least,which can be regarded as the guide for the reproduction.
