异色瓢虫暗黄变种成虫触角感器扫描电镜观察

摘    要:利用扫描电镜对异色瓢虫暗黄变种雌、雄成虫触角形态和感器进行观察。结果表明,异色瓢虫暗黄变种成虫触角为棒状,共11节,即柄节、梗节和鞭节的9个亚节。触角感器为毛状感器与锥状感器,毛状感器分为长毛状感器、短毛状感器两种类型。雌雄个体间触角感器的类型、分布均无明显差异。

Abstract:Antennal morphology and sensilla of Harmonia axyridis ab. succinea were studied using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that adult clavate antenna consisted of 11 segments, which contained scape, pedicel and 9 subsegments of flagellum. Sensilla basiconica and two types of sensilla trichodea were distinguished with the shapes and distribution of sensilla. No difference was found in type and distribution of sensilla between the male and female adults.
