中国富硒玉米的生产与富硒效应

摘    要:为了了解当前富硒玉米生产现状、生产方式方法和富硒效果,对富硒玉米的进一步开发生产提供科学指导,提高其生产效率,通过对中国近35 年来的富硒玉米相关文献进行统计分析。结果表明,硒肥的施用方式以叶面喷施肥为主,以在抽雄期喷施亚硒酸钠效果最好,最适喷施浓度为40~70 mg/kg。有64.5%的样本促进了玉米的生长,提高了玉米产量,平均增幅8.5%;有35.5%的样本呈现出产量下降趋势,平均减产14.0%。资料中的玉米硒含量的中位值为0.211 mg/kg,按照陕西省地方标准(DB61/T556—2012)所规定的玉米中全硒含量0.15~0.30 mg/kg 的要求,仅有11.5%的产品符合富硒标准,硒含量超标的样本高达44.2%,这也为富硒玉米的安全生产发出了警报,为富硒玉米的进一步开发生产提供科学指导。

Abstract:Literatures on selenium-enriched corn production were studied to provide scientific guidance, so as to improve the production efficiency. The results showed that, foliar spray fertilizer application of selenium fertilizer was the oriented manner. The effect of spraying in tasseling stage by sodium selenite was the best, the optimal spraying concentration was 40-70 mg/kg. 64.5% of the sample could increase the maize yield, the average increase was 8.5%; 35.5% of the sample had yield decrease, the average yield decrease was 14.0%. The medium value of total selenium in corn was 0.211 mg/kg. According to the local standards of the latest selenium-rich products of Shaanxi Province (DB61/T556-2012), only 11.5% of the selenium enriched corn could meet the standard of 0.15-0.30 mg/kg, 44.2% of the selenium-enriched corn exceeded the upper limit of the standard, which would cause risk in food safety. The results could give guidance to the production of selenium-enriched corn.
