培矮64s为不育系的两系杂交稻杂种纯度的RAPD鉴定

摘    要:用250个Operon引物,对以培矮64s为母本配制的两系稻杂种及有关亲本等12份供试材料进行RAPD分析,从中筛选出引物OPN-20.它不但能使培矮64s和以它为母本的杂种种子同其它种子加以区别,同时还扩增出恢复系山青、特青的多态性特征带,使它们的F1种子与母本培矮64s分开.并讨论了RAPD技术在两系杂交稻种子纯度鉴定上的应用

Abstract:The DNAs of 12 rice parental lines and F 1 hybrids and lines, relating Peiai 64s hybrid system, were detected with 250 Operon primers. The results based on RAPD analysis indicated that the primer OPN 20 could be used to distinguish Peiai 64s and its hybrids from the other materials. Futhermore, the primer OPN 20 could make restore lines, Shanqing and Teqing, amplify specific bands. The practical utilization of the RAPD marker technique in identifying the purity of two line hybrids of rice was also discussed.
