| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来，中国种子产业经历了计划经济“四自一辅”时期、改革开放“四化一供”时期和市场经济产业发展时期三个阶段。2000年以前，中国种子产业基本上处于计划经济管理体制之下，加入WTO和种子法实施以后，彻底打破国有种子公司画地为牢的垄断格局，中国种业呈现从遍地开花到百强竞雄空前繁荣局面。在全球经济一体化进程中，中国种业必须树立紧迫感和使命感，更新观念，锐意改革，融入种业“国际化链条”。
