| 摘 要： | 用灭活疫苗和减毒活疫苗分别对10头母猪进行免疫.选择20头后代,在20日龄、30日龄、40日龄时分别采集血样进行跟踪监测.结果PRRS的抗体阳性率分别为30%、15%、5%和35%、20%、5%.显示用两种疫苗免疫的母猪后代体内获得性母源抗体水平均不高,且持续时间较短.因此,仅靠对母猪进行免疫难以预防PRRSV的垂直传播.

| Abstract: | Ten sows were vaccinated with inactivated vaccine or attenuated vaccine respectively.20 generations of each group were selected randomly to collect blood samples at the 20th,30th and 40th day to detect the PRRS antibody.The results were as follows:the positive rate of PRRS antibody were 30%,15%,5% and 35%,20%.5% respectively.It suggested that the level of maternal antibodies was not high and the time of duration Was short in the generations of the sows, which were vaccinated with inactivated vaccine or attenuated vaccine.It intimated that it could not prevent the vertical spread of PRRSV only by vaccinating PRRS bacterin. |
