| 摘 要： | 利用寄生虫学完全剖检的方法,对榆林市榆阳区不同品种(陕北绒山羊、小尾寒羊、当地土山羊、当地土绵羊)的羊各40只进行体内寄生虫感染情况的初步调查。结果表明,不同品种的羊肠道寄生虫感染率不同,其中陕北绒山羊感染率为62.5%、小尾寒羊感染率为52.5%、当地土山羊感染率为57.5%、当地土绵羊感染率为40.0%,共检出寄生蠕虫8种,分别为捻转血矛线虫(Hae-monchus contortus)、球鞘毛尾线虫(Trichuris globulosa)、蛇形毛圆线虫(Trichostrongylus colub-riformis)、粗纹食道口线虫(Oesophagostomum asperum)、美丽筒线虫(Gongylonema pulchrum)、扩展莫尼茨绦虫(Moniezia expansaa)、贝氏莫尼茨绦虫(Moniezia benedeni)和细颈囊尾蚴(Cysti-cercus temuicouis)。其中,捻转血矛线虫、球鞘毛尾线虫和粗纹食道口线虫为优势虫种。 |

| Abstract: | Preliminary investigation on prevalence of intestinal parasites of total 160 sheep （40 Cashmere goat, 40 Small-tail han sheep, 40 Local goat and 40 Local sheep）, in Yuyang District Yulin City was conducted using completely autopsy method. The results indicated that infectious rate of different breed was various, infectious rates were 62. 5%, 52. 5~, 57.50/oo and 40% for Cashmere-goats Thin-tail sheep, Local-goat and Local-sheep, respectively. 8 species parasites were detected, inclu- ding Haemonchus contortus , Trichuris globulosa , Trichostrongylus colubri f ormis , Oesophagostomum asperum , Gongylonema pulchrum, Moniezfa expansaa , Moniezia benedeni and Cysticercus temuicouis. Among them, H. contortus, T. globulosa and Oe. asperum were the most common species. |
