| Abstract: | Loop-mediated isothermal amplification （LAMP） technique was introduced including primer design, amplification mechanism and result judging. Application of this technology was summarized in detection of viruses, bacteria, fungi and para- sites in veterinary medicine and in embryo sexing as well as sex control in animal husbandry to provide help in further study and application of LAMP. |
