| 摘 要： | 采用滤纸接触法和自然土壤法研究了毒斯乐对自然蚯蚓的急性毒性。结果表明,用滤纸接触法测得毒斯乐对蚯蚓的LC50为0.154 g/L,自然土壤法测得毒斯乐对蚯蚓的LC50为1.29 g/L,自然土壤法中毒斯乐对蚯蚓的毒性相对较低。

| Abstract: | Two methods(the contact filter paper method and natural soil method) were used to study the acute toxicity of chlorpyrifos to earthworms.The results show that LC_50of the contact filter paper method and natural soil method is 0.154 g/L and 1.29 g/L respectively,which indicates the toxicity of chlorpyrifos by the natural soil method is relatively lower than that by contact filter paper method.The reason of reducing toxicity of chlorpyrifos by the natural soil method may be that the chlorpyrifos and its degradation products combine with some components in soil natural soil. |
