| 摘 要： | 目的]研究苦豆子（Sophora alopecuroides L.）总碱光分解情况及抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚（TBHQ）对其光分解抑制情况。方法]将苦豆子总碱置于太阳光及紫外光下照射,研究光分解情况。结果]苦豆子总碱属于光易分解物质,其光分解半衰期不超过1h运用抗氧化剂TBHQ能有效抑制苦豆子总碱光分解。不同浓度TBHQ对苦豆子总碱光分解的抑制效果不同,处理浓度越大,其抑制苦豆子总碱光分解的作用越强。结论]为寻找合适的抑制苦豆子生物碱光分解的稳定剂提供依据。
