摘 要: | 为了掌握B型诺维氏梭菌同宝菌株(TB05)产毒特性,应用不同培养基、不同p H和不同培养时间进行最佳产毒比较试验。结果表明,该菌在含1.0%葡萄糖的VF培养基中37℃72h产毒达最高点,碳原比例及p H对本菌的生长及产毒具有较大的影响,1%葡萄糖、p H 8.0~8.4最适于本菌产毒。

Abstract: | In order to understand the characteristics of Clostridium Novyi type B. and Bao strains (TB05 ) producing toxigenic, a comparison test was implemented by different media, different pH and culture time. The results showed that the bacteria toxin production reached the highest under 1% of glucose of VF culture at 37 ℃ 72h, The proportion of carbon resources and pH have a great impact on the growth of bacteria and toxin production. Under 1% of glucose, 8. 0 - 8.4 of pH value is the most suitable condition for producing the bacteria. |
