| 摘 要： | 应用KDN-2C半自动定氮仪和传统凯式蒸馏装置(仲裁法)测定饲料中粗蛋白质含量,并进行比较分析。结果表明,2种仪器测定粗蛋白的含量差异没有达到显著水平(P>0.05),但仲裁法测定值比半自动定氮仪略高。
