摘    要:滴头在滴灌系统中发挥着重要的作用,对其内部流动场的详细研究对改进滴头性能有重要意义。该文采用加罚有限元方法对滴头内流动进行数值模拟,详细分析了“迷宫式”滴头在不同流量时的流动特性。根椐数值计算得到的滴头流场分布,研究了雷诺数对流场的影响。给出了滴头流态指数及流量计算公式,为滴头的优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The flow field has an important effect on the performance of the emitter. So it is significant to study this kind of flow in detail for improving the performace of the emitter. In the paper, the Galerkin penalty finite element method was applied to simulate the flows in the emitter. At different flow rates, the flow characteristics and the influence of the Renoldy numbers on flow field in the arc type labyrinth emitter were analyzed. According to the numerical simulation results, a new formulation for calculating flowing coeffecient and rate of discharge is presented. These valued data provide references for continuous development of emitter.
