| 摘 要： | 利用快速检测试纸条法和竞争酶标免疫法(ELISA)分别对70份生猪尿样进行检测,再利用固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-MS)进行确证。结果表明:ELISA方法与固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-MS)符合率为100.0%,快速检测试纸条法与固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱分析方法(GC-MS)符合率为98.6%。

| Abstract: | We had detected 70 pig urine samples for clenbutrol by the use of rapid detection test strip method, ELISA and GC-MS. The results showed that the accuracy of GC-MS and ELISA was 100.0%, rapid detection test strip method and GC-MS method was 98.6%. |
