| 摘 要： | 西北地区属于资源初级品出口地区,因此从消费角度分析西北地区的生态占用并不能真正反映该地区发展的可持续性。本文利用生态空间占用理论与方法,从生产角度对西北地区生态空间开发占用进行估算,并与区域实际生物承载力进行比较,反映西北地区生产可持续发展状况。结果表明,在目前世界平均单产下,西北地区人均生产占用生态空间为3.834hm2,人均生态容量为1.645hm2,西北地区人均生产生态空间占用超出了实际可利用的生物承载能力,出现了生态赤字;西北地区生产生态赤字的形成主要是由于能源开发占用生态空间过大引起的,其他类型生态用土地均有盈余,其中西北地区生态空间盈余较多的是草地,说明西北地区对草原利用开发上有很大的发展潜力。

| Abstract: | Northwest area belongs to the exporting the primary commodities area. Consumer ecological footprint dose not reflect the sustainable development situation of natural resources. Based on ecological footprint theory and method, the current situation of natural resources utilization in northwest china is accounted in this paper. The results illustrate that the ecological footprint per capita is 3. 8343hm^2, while Ecological capacity per capita is 1. 645 hm^2. These results indicate that the production demand for ecological productive land is more than the ability of supplying seriously. The ecological state is not optimistic during the process of economic development in northwest china . the coal - dominant energy productions are the main causes for the high value of ecological footprint. Pasture ecological productive land is surplus, so the development of animal husbandry has productive potentialities in northwest china. |
