| 摘 要： | 选择盆栽鹅掌柴植株作为试验材料，利用园土、园土＋锯末、河沙、河沙＋锯末4种不同扦插基质进行扦插生根试验，研究不同扦插基质对于鹅掌柴插穗生根的影响。结果表明：最利于鹅掌柴生根的扦插基质为园土＋锯末，其生根率达80％，生根时间为18d，平均根长为11．26mm。

| Abstract: | This research chose pot culture schefflera octophylla adult plant as experiment materials by using four different cuttage matrixes, i.e. garden mold, the garden mold and sawdust, the river sand, the river sand and sawdust, to study the effects of different cuttage matrix on the rooting of schefflera octophylla. The result indicated： the best cuttage matrix for rooting schefftera octophylla is garden mold＋sawdust; the root rate reaches 80%; the rooting period is 18d; and the average root length is 11.26mm. |
