| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部是学生中的骨干分子，是学校教育、管理工作的一支重要力量。分析了当前高校学生干部队伍管理中存在的问题，针对当代大学生自身存在的不足，提出了进一步加强和改进高校学生干部队伍选拔与培养的对策。

| Abstract: | Student cadres in the university are an important power in college education and administration. They play a backbone role in student management. This paper analyzes the problems in present university administration and raises some constructive suggestions on selecting and training of student cadres to aim directly at the defects of modern students. |
