赤松毛虫的危害对小油松针叶内物质含量的影响

摘    要:通过对受赤松毛虫危害和未受危害的小油松1 年生和2 年生针叶化学成分以及用其饲养的赤松毛虫的生长发育情况进行对比测定分析,发现受害小油松2 年生针叶在失叶50 % 条件下,与未受害2 年生针叶相比,针叶内化学成分有较大幅度的变化,主要表现在氨基酸总量及多数游离氨基酸含量下降,单宁、生物碱含量增加,脂肪酸、酚酸、水溶性总糖含量及糖/ 氨基酸比例上升,用之饲养的赤松毛虫幼虫体重减轻,死亡率与对照差异不显著;而受害小油松1 年生针叶失去80 % 后,1 年生针叶与未受害油松1 年生针叶相比,多数化学成分有相反变化趋势,用其饲养赤松毛虫幼虫时发现其不具滞后诱导抗性.

Abstract:Chemical compositions of the two\|year and one\|year needles of damaged and undamaged \%Pinus tabulaeformis\% Carr. were determined and the situation of growth and development of larvae \%Dendrolimus spectabilis\% Butler fed on these needles were analyzed. It was found that when 50% needles were lost the chemical components in the two\|year needles of damaged pine had significant changes comparing with undamaged ones. The results showed that: more tannins and alkaloid, less amino acids were detected; the concentrations of soluble sugar, fatty acids, phenenes and ratio of total sugar to total amino acids all rose. Weight of the larvae fed on damaged needles lighted; mortality of these larvaes wasn't different between damaged and undamaged needles. However, when young pine lost 80% one year needles ,chemical concentrations of damaged one year needles had reverse changes. Young \%Pinus tabulaeformis\% did not show induced resistance by feeding experiment.
