| 摘 要： | 从农家雪菜品种细叶萧航天搭载后代的小孢子再生植株中,发现1个不育态的特异植株ZC-5-(4)-1。对该材料进行了农艺性状、花器形态、花粉活力与萌发率、自交结实率等的初步研究。结果表明:该材料株系植株整齐,生长强势;典型长柱头,花蕾持续难以开放,花药干瘪但稍有花粉,花柄和枝条上有大量蜜腺;花粉生活力及萌发率极低;套袋自交结实率为0。初步判定该特异态材料为一个典型而优异的功能不育系。

| Abstract: | From microspore regeneration plant of offsprings of the farm mustard 'Xiyexiao' seeds under spaceflight condition,a specific sterile state plant ZC-5-(4)-1 was discovered.The agronomic character,floral organ morphology,pollen viability and germination,self-crossing maturing rate of the material were studied in this paper.The results showed that plants in this strain had neat plant type and a strong growth,a typical long stigma,dry anther with little pollen,a large number of nectaries on pedicels and branche... |
