空间机构学理论在断开式转向梯形分析及优化中的应用

摘    要:转向梯形机构是使车辆转向时实现内,外轮理想转角关系的核心部件。而断开式转向梯形由于空间杆件较多且空间运动复杂,本文应用空间机构学的一些基本原理和方法对其进行了空间运动分析计算,找出影响内,外轮理想转角关系的主要因素,并开发出优化设计程序。

Abstract:The Ackerman steering linkage is the key part on vehicle, which can ensure the Ackerman steer angle when steering. The splitting Ackerman steering linkage, which is adopted to independent suspensions, has more complex spatial linkages. Therefore, in this paper some principles and methods of spatial mechanism are applied to the analysis and calculation of the spatial motion of the splitting Ackerman steering linkage. The influent factors on the Ackerman steering angle are present. Based on it, the optimal design program is developed. The practical design and test for the Ackerman steering linkage on the new prototype demonstrated that the principles of spatial mechanism applied to the design and optimum of splitting Ackerman steering linkage can ensure the precise Ackerman steering angle. An accurate and useful method is provided for designing the splitting Ackerman steering linkage.
