| 摘 要： | 党中央决定,从2008年9月开始,用1年半左右时间,在全党分批开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。目的就是要着力转变不适应、不符合科学发展要求的思想观念,着力解决影响和制约科学发展的突出问题1]。科学发展观与图书馆工作有内在的关联,图书馆在自身建设中,牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观,坚持以人为本的服务理念,充分发挥图书馆的职能作用,以改革和创新为动力,推动图书馆工作全面协调可持续发展。
