河南猪群猪瘟的感染及防治研究

摘    要:目的] 为了找出河南省猪瘟的流行病学规律,研究猪瘟强毒株感染情况,查实规模化猪场猪瘟免疫情况。方法] 使用ELISA方法和革兰氏染色方法对301份病猪的样本进行猪瘟强毒抗原及细菌感染情况的检测,分析了猪瘟在河南省猪群的感染、流行范围情况及同细菌病的混合感染情况;对猪瘟阳性猪场采取综合防治措施并对采取措施后没有效果的猪场进行了蓝耳病和圆环病毒病的检测,确定混合感染情况。结果] 猪瘟在河南省流行广泛;猪瘟病毒的平均检出率为26.25%;细菌感染占猪瘟病毒总阳性样本的25.31%;蓝耳病和圆环病毒病与猪瘟有不同程度的混合感染;综合性防治措施实施后对大部分猪厂效果明显;但对混合感染的猪群效果不好;结论] 猪瘟与细菌、蓝耳病、圆环病毒病等混合感染是造成猪瘟难以根治的主要原因;综合防治措施的实施是净化猪瘟的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective] Understanding the Epidemiology regulation of the Classical swine fever in Henan, studying infection circumstance of Classical swine fever virus, checking thoroughly immunization about Vaccine of Classical Swine fever virus. Methods] 301 specimen are detected by ELISA kit for CSFV antigen, at the same time, we smeared, dyed and looked at bacterium and found out mixed infection about bacterium and CSFV. We took integrate control measures to CSFV antigen positive hogpens and tracked the administration;and investigated mixed infection with Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS)and Porcine circovirus Ⅱ(PCV2)in the hogpens. Results] CSF is widely in Henan, the CSFV average detectable rate is 26.25%. Bacterium infection ratio is twenty-five point three one in all the CSFV antigen positive hogpens. The comprehensive measures is effective to treat CSF. Conclusion] The comprehensive measures is very important for purifying CSFV, but bacteria, PRRSV and PCV-Ⅱmixing infection with CSFV in pigs is main reason that purifying CSFV is different.
