摘    要:采用生长速率法,在室内测定了w=10%的苯醚甲环唑、w=40%的氟硅唑、w=40%的腈菌唑和w=45%的咪鲜胺4种杀菌剂对编号为4—1—1和1—1的胶孢炭疽菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑对4—1—1和1—1的抑菌效果均最好,其EC50分别为1.6077mg·L-1和1.6140mg·L-1;腈菌唑对4—1—1和1—1的抑菌效果均最差,其EC50分别为9.4059mg·L-1和10.5950mg·L-1。苯醚甲环唑对这2个菌株的抑菌效果分别是腈菌唑的5.9倍和6.6倍。

Abstract:Litchi anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloesporioides (Penz) Saec is an important disease in Li- tchi production. The mycelium growth rate method was used to measure and compare the toxicities of 4 fungicides against strains 4-1-1and 4-1 of C. gloesporioides Penz. These fungicides included 10% difenoconazole, 400g ·L-1 flusilazole, 40% myclobutanil and 45% prochloraz. The results showed that 10% difenoconazole was most effective in inhibiting the radial mycelial growth of the strains 4-1-1 and 1-1 with the respective EC50 values of 1. 607 7mg ·L-1 and 1. 614 0 mg·L-1. The 40% myclobutanil showed the lowest toxicity against the mycelial growth of the strains 4-1-1 and 1-1 with the EC50 values being 9. 405 9 mg·L-1 and 10.595 0 mg·L-1, re- spectively. The 10% difenoconazole gave a 5.9 and 6.6 times higher inhibition rate against these two strains than the 40% myclobutanil.
