摘    要:对赤竹亚族Sasinae 4属33个竹种样品进行RAPD和ISSR分析,在30条RAPD引物和100条ISSR引物中进行筛选,筛选出9条RAPD和11条ISSR多态性较好的引物,分别产生249、271个多态位点,利用Popgen32、MEGA4分析软件,构建聚类图,分析结果表明:1RAPD聚类分析支持异枝竹属单独成组;2RAPD和ISSR聚类分析都支持铁竹属单独成属;3两种聚类分析都支持华箬竹亚属单独成属,鄂西箬竹与华箬竹属关系密切;4不支持具耳箬竹和巫溪箬竹归并的处理;5RAPD聚类分析结果与传统形态分类更加接近。

Abstract:Thirty-three species of Sasinae bamboo were analyzed using RAPD and ISSR molecular marker.9 special RAPD primers were selected among 30 ones and 11 special ISSR primers among 100,producing 249 and 271 loci respectively.The two dendrograms were constructed by Popgen32 and MEGA4 software.The results showed:(1) The RAPD dendrogram supports Metasasa to be a separate group.(2) Ferrocalamus has not a close relation to the other bamboo species.(3) Both of the two dendrograms support Sasamorpha a separate genera.I.wilsoni is closely to Sasamorpha.(4) The two dendrograms don't stand by the disposal of I.auriculatus combined with I.wuxiensis.(5) RAPD molecular marker is more reliable than ISSR to be used in studies of intergeneric taxonomy,phylogeny and genetic diversity among species of bamboo.
