| Abstract: | To analyse the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in Cysticercus cellulosae by immunohistochemistry methods,six piglets of 20 days old were infected with a dose of 80 000 eggs of Taenia sodium,and the test have been done on paraffin-embedded sections of Cysticercus cellulosae acquired at 40,80 and 120 days after infection from muscle and brain.The results showed that there were MMP-9 expressing in the head and wall of Cysticercus cellulosae from different tissues at different times.As the time ... |
