摘    要:以草莓品种丰香为材料,取花粉发育处于单核期的花药进行培养。培养初期花粉细胞和花药其它组织的细胞学变化连续观察结果表明,尽管培养初期少数花粉启动分裂,但分裂几次后均趋向解体。本研究的花药再生植株均起源于花丝断裂处的体细胞。采用染色体计数和DNA组分测定2种方法对43个再生株系进行了倍性鉴定,结果显示,其中39个株系为八倍体(2n=8x=56),4个株系为十六倍体(2n=16x=112),未获得与花粉染色体倍性相同的植株。

Abstract:The anthers of strawberry cv.Fengxiang were sampled when the pollen gains were on the developmental stage of uninucleus.The anthers were then cultured in vitro and the cytological exchange of both the pollens and somatic cells of the anther were investigated continuously during the early stage of the culture.The results showed that although a small part of pollens started to divide,they disintegrated soon after a few divisions.The plants regenerated from the anther culture in the present research were from the somatic cells near the regin connectting to the filament.The chromosome number counting of the root tips and DNA content analysis of mesophyll cell of all regenerated anther plants confirmed the cytological finding and illustrated that 39 out of 43 plants were octploid(2n=8x=56) and 4 plants were hexadecaploid(2n=16x=112).There was no hyploid plant observed in the experiment.
