温室大棚CO2浓度精准调控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:CO2是绿色植物进行光合作用的主要原料,其含量严重影响植物品质,现有无线调控系统因成本高、层次多,不适合我国农业发展的现状。针对以上问题,基于不同环境、不同作物的不同要求,研制了以CC2430为中央处理芯片、采用Zigbee技术无线传输的CO2浓度精准调控系统。该系统采用模块化设计,包含中央处理单元、数据采集模块、控制模块、电源模块和人机交互模块,通过模块组合和加载软件的差异形成监测和控制2大类设备。各设备间通过Zigbee协议实现自组网方式下多跳数据交互,完成基于现场检测结果的CO2浓度的精准控制。在温室大棚的实用结果表明,其可实现上述设计功能,具有监测精度高、可靠性高、使用简单、成本较低和扩展性强等特点。

Abstract:Carbon dioxide is the main material for photosynthesis of green plant.Its content seriously affects the quality of the plant.But the existed wireless high-cost large-scale multi-layer system is not suitable for our agricultural condition.To solve the above problems,based on different plants’ need of different concentration of carbon dioxide in different surroundings,we developed the wireless concentration of carbon dioxide precision control system,adapting Zigbee technology,CC2430 as the central processing chip.The modular system contained central processing unit,data acquisition module,control module,source module and interactive module.Combination of modules and differences of loaded software formed the monitoring and control equipment.Through Zigbee protocol,each equipment realized multi-hop data exchange by self-connecting network,completing the precision control of the concentration of carbon dioxide based on the test result on the spot.The test on the greenhouse spot showed that the designed functions above could be realized,with the futures of high monitoring precision,high reliability,simple to use,low cost and strong expandability.
