| Abstract: | The principle and methods of making gene chip or DNA chip were reviewed in this paper. The technology of DNA chip has shown a lot of potential applicability for tobacco industry in these fields of detecting transgenic tobacco, gene expression, tobacco variety identification and molecular breeding of tobacco. |
