| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验测定并比较了粮种、水分、温度和ＰＨ３剂量绎粮食吸附ＰＨ３能力的影响程度。试验结果表明。上述诸因素对粮食吸附ＰＨ物大小依次为：剂量〉粮种〉温度〉水分。在３种受试粮种中，对粮食吸附ＰＨ３能力影响的大小依次为：稻谷〉玉米〉小麦。

| Abstract: | Through orthogonal test. the effect of grain variety. moisture. temperature and dose of PH_3 on adsorbing PH_3 was tested and compared. The result showed that the order of absoptivity was dose > grain variety > temperature > moisture content. In three grain varieties. absorptivity to PH_3 was paddy>maize>wheat. |
