放牧绵羊主要寄生虫病药物防治技术试验与示范效果观察

摘    要:为评价伊维菌素注射剂的驱虫效果与对放牧绵羊线虫病及外寄生虫病的防治示范效果,选择1.5岁感染线虫和部分外寄生虫的绵羊150只,设伊维菌素注射剂0.1,0.2和0.3mg/kg体重剂量组和伊维菌素片剂对照组,进行驱虫效果评价;在冬季应用伊维菌素注射剂按0.2mg/kg体重剂量对放牧绵羊进行规模防治技术示范,检查防治效果和考核防治效益。结果:药效试验中伊维菌素注射剂0.2mg/kg对绵羊消化道线虫虫卵转阴率和减少率分别为93.3%,99.3%,对原圆科线虫幼虫转阴率和减少率分别为90.0%和96.1%;0.3mg/kg剂量对消化道线虫虫卵及原圆科线虫幼虫转阴率和减少率均为100.0%;0.1mg/kg剂量对消化道线虫虫卵转阴率和减少率分别为76.7%,88.6%,原圆科线虫幼虫转阴率和减少率分别为66.7%和86.1%。防治示范群绵羊消化道线虫虫卵转阴率为93.3%,虫卵减少率为96.8%;对原圆科线虫幼虫转阴率和减少率分别为90.0%和96.2%。同期检查未防治对照组虫卵EPG和幼虫数略有增加。技术示范群比未示范群每只成年羊平均多增重5.47kg、幼年羊成活率平均提高2.1个百分点。结果表明该防治技术对放牧绵羊主要寄生虫病高效安全,效益显著。

Experiment and Demonstration Effects of Drug Control for Major Parasitic Diseases in Grazing Sheep

Abstract:To evaluate the anthelmintic effect of ivermectin injection and prevention and control of demonstration effect nematode and parasitic disease in grazing sheep, 150 sheep aged 1.5 with nematodes infection and some external parasites infection were selected. The experiment design 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 mg/kg body weight ivermectin injection dose group, and design ivermectin tablet group as control group for evaluating the anthelmintic effect. The scale prevention technology demonstration based on 0.2 mg/kg body weight for checking control effects and control efficiency in winter. The results showed that 0.2 mg/kg ivermectin injection had a negative conversion rate of 93.3% for egg of digestive tract nematode worm, a reduction rate of 99.3%, and a negative conversion rate of 90.0% and a reduction rate of 96.1% for protostrongylus respectively. The negative conversion rate and reduction rate of eggs and larvae of digestive tract nematode protostrongylus were both 100.0% at 0.3 mg/kg dose. The egg negative conversion rate and reduction rate at 0.1 mg/kg for digestive tract nematode were 76.7% and 88.6%, respectively, and 66.7%,86.1 respectively for protostrongylus.The conversion negative rate and reduction rate of digestive tract nematode worm and protostrongylus larvae were 93.3%,96.8% and 90.0%, 96.2%, respectively. The number of egg EPG and larvae in the control group increased slightly during the same period. Compared with control group, body weight in the technology demonstration group gained 5.47 kg on average, and the survival rate of young sheep increased by 2.1 percentage points on average. It indicated that the control technique was safe and effective for the main parasitic diseases of grazing sheep.
