| 摘 要： | 综述了目前国内外啤酒大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的基因型和环境效应研究的进展。内容包括蛋白质含量的遗传模型、一般配合力和特殊配合力 ,以温度、光照、水分、湿度为代表的气象因子和氮肥运筹方式作主导的栽培措施等环境条件对啤酒大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的效应 ,蛋白质含量与其它品质性状之间的相关性 ,生产中降低啤酒大麦籽粒蛋白质的调控措施。

| Abstract: | The domestic and international advance in study on the effects of genotype and environment on protein content in malting barley grains at pressent is reviewed in this paper. The main points are:hereditary capacity and its models ,general combining ability and special combining ability of protein contents in malting barley grains; the effects of environment on protein contents in malting barley vrains, which based mainly on weather factors (such as temperature light moisture and humidity)and cultivation measures led by the fertilizing measures of nitrogen fertilizer, the relationship between protein contents in malting barley grains and other quality traits, the measures to reduce protein contents in malting barley grains in production. |
