| Abstract: | The proper selection of training items in the sunlight project can effectively improve farmers’ quality and skills,promoting the transfer of surplus rural labors.This article reviews the practice and experience in launching the sunlight project in Jinzhou area,analyzes the principles in selecting training items in terms of comprehensive benefits and farmers’ will and puts forward suggestions in doing this work. |
