| Abstract: | Hainan abounds in solar and wind energy which is likely to contribute to the development of China’s renewable energy resources.This article presents the designing procedures and methods of making full use of solar and wind energy in Hainan fishing waters and explores new approach to the growth of fishing industry in Hainan in a bit to promote the development of this international tourist island. |
