大豆磨浆机质量现状调查及原因分析

摘    要:为摸清我国大豆磨浆机产品的质量状况,辽宁省农机质量监督管理站对市场上的大豆磨浆机产品进行了抽样检查。抽检结果显示,检验的23种产品中,合格产品为15种,合格率为65.2%。安全卫生、小时生产率、千瓦时产量、接触环带、密封性、磨片间隙调整项目的合格率分别为65.2%、56.5%、52.2%、78.3%、82.6%和82.6%。根据产品检验结果,分析造成大豆磨浆机产品质量问题的主要原因。

Abstract:A sampling inspection is conducted on the soybean grinders in Liaoning province by Liaoning Agricultural Machinery Quality Administration. The spot check result shows that among the inspected 23 varieties, 15 varieties are eligible products, or 65.2% acceptability. The relative indexes for safety and hygiene, hourly efficiency, kilowatt hour output, contact girdle, leakproofness, and cutting disc gap adjustment items are respectively 65.2%、56.5%、52.2%、78.3%、82.6% and 82.6%. Accordingly, the major causes for inferior quality are analyzed.
