| 摘 要： | 农业众筹作为依托于互联网金融的新型融资工具,是一种新型的服务三农的融资模式,有助于推进农业供给侧结构性改革,为农村经济发展注入新活力。传统的风险防范机制已经不能适应农业众筹在模式、监管等方面发生的变化,为弥补传统农业众筹风险防范的局限,在分析农业众筹运作模式、风险来源的基础上,构建了农业众筹风险防范机制,并在此基础上提出了合理的风险防范措施,以提高农业众筹风险防范的实时化、智能化水平。

| Abstract: | As a new financing tool based on Internet finance,agricultural crowdfunding is a new type of financing mode for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,which is helpful to promote structural reform of agricultural supply side and inject new vigor into rural economic development.The traditional mechanism of risk prevention has been unable to adapt to the agricultural crowdfunding in the mode,supervision and other aspects of the changes,in order to make up for the limitations of the traditional agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention,on the basis of analysis of agricultural crowdfunding operation mode,risk sources,the establishment of agricultural crowdfunding risk prevention mechanism,and on this basis reasonable risk prevention measures were put forward,in order to improve the agricultural public to prevent the risk of real-time,intelligent level. |
