摘    要:以1年生猴樟幼苗为试材,按NH^+_4-N∶NO^-_3-N体积比为0∶10、3∶7、5∶5、7∶3、10∶0配制营养液处理,42 d后,检测其幼苗株高、茎粗、总叶片数量、茎叶干质量、叶绿素含量、根系活力、新根数量、根干质量、根冠比,研究了不同氮素形态对猴樟幼苗生长发育的影响,以期为猴樟在盐碱地区进行引种推广和栽培提供技术支撑。结果表明:NO^-_3-N∶NH^+_4-N为5∶5处理对猴樟生长发育最适合。NH^+_4-N∶NO^-_3-N为5∶5处理条件下猴樟幼苗茎叶和根系生长量最大,根系活力和叶绿素含量最高,而在NH^+_4-N∶NO^-_3-N为3∶7和7∶3处理条件下,猴樟幼苗茎叶和根系生长量变小,根系活力和叶绿素含量变低,完全无NH^+_4-N或完全无NO^-_3-N条件下,猴樟幼苗叶片小、茎干细弱、根系少、根系活力低。

Abstract:One-year-old Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings were used as materials,and nutrient solutions were prepared and treated according to the volume ratios of NH+4-N∶NO-3-N=0∶10,3∶7,5∶5,7∶3,10∶0.The plant height,stem diameter,total leaf number,stem and leaf dry weight,chlorophyll content,root activity,new root number,root dry weight,and root-shoot ratio of the seedlings were tested for studying the effects of different nitrogen forms on the growth and development ofCinnamomum bodinieri seedlings after 42 days,and to expect to provide technical support for the introduction and cultivation of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings in saline-alkali area.The results showed that the treatment of NH+4-N∶NO-3-N=5∶5 was the most suitable for the growth and development of Cinnamomum bodinieri.Under NH+4-N∶NO-3-N=5∶5,the stem and leaf and root growth of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings were the largest,and the root activity and chlorophyll content were the highest.Under NH+4-N∶NO-3-N=3∶7 and 7∶3,the stem and leaf and root growth of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings were smaller,the root activity and chlorophyll content were lower,and under the condition of no NH+4-N or no NO-3-N,the leaves of Cinnamomumbodinieri seedlings were all small,the stem was thin and weak,the root system was less,and the root activity was lower.
