不同家系枫杨种子特性及苗期生长相关性研究

摘    要:为探讨不同家系枫杨种子形态、出苗率与幼苗生长的特性,分析枫杨种子与苗期生长的相关性,在测定种子特性的基础上,通过野外播种育苗试验,对江苏省13个家系枫杨种子出苗率、2年生幼苗生长进行方差分析及相关指标之间的相关性分析。结果表明,枫杨种子千粒质量在57.357(2号)~94.113 g(6号),平均千粒质量为70.866g;种子直径在4.20(7号)~5.75 mm(8号),平均直径为5.28 mm;不同家系出苗率在5.13%(2号)~27.20%(5号);2年生幼苗平均株高为78.30 cm,平均地径为8.57 mm;不同家系之间2年生幼苗株高、地径、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、鲜质量、一级侧枝数、根体积性状均呈极显著差异(P0.01);植株各器官生物量大小排序均为:树干根叶侧枝。不同家系枫杨种子特性及苗期生长均有显著差异(P0.05),枫杨出苗率与种子形态显著相关,而其苗期生长状况与种子形态无显著相关性。因此,枫杨种子形态可为预测其出苗率提供参考,但不能作为预测其苗木生长的依据。

Abstract:The study aimed to explore the correlation of seed morphology, emergence rate and seedling growth characteristics of different Pterocarya stenoptera families. Through field trials, we used ANOVA and correlation analysis to research the seed morphology, emergence rate and the growth characteristics of two-year-old seedlings of 13 families from Jiangsu Province. The results showed that the 1000-seed weight ranged from 57.357 g (No.2) to 94.113 g (No.6) with the average 1000-seed weight of 70.866 g, while the seed diameter ranged from 4.20 mm (No.7) to 5.75 mm (No.8) with the average diameter of 5.28 mm, and the emergence rate of different families ranged from 5.13% (No.2) to 27.20% (No.5); the average height of the two-year-old seedling was 78.30 cm, and the average basal diameter was 8.57 mm. According to the height, basal diameter, leaf length, leaf width, area of leaflet, fresh weight, number of main side branch and root volume of the two-year-old seedlings, there were extremely significant differences in these indexes among different families (P < 0.01). The biomass of different organ of the two-year-old seedlings was: stem> root> leaf> side branches. In conclusion, there were significant differences in seed characteristics and seedling growth among different families of Pterocarya stenoptera (P <0.05); there was significant correlation between seed morphology (1000-seed weight, diameter) and emergence rate, while no significant correlation existed between seed morphology and the growth state. Therefore, the seed morphology of Pterocarya stenoptera can be a reference for predicting its emergence rate, but it cannot be used as a basis for predicting the growth of seedlings.
