溶磷菌和解钾菌对拱棚连作辣椒生长及土壤养分含量的影响

摘    要:以溶磷菌和解钾菌为供试菌,采用田间根际追施的方法,研究对拱棚连作辣椒根际养分环境的影响,以期为改善宁夏彭阳拱棚辣椒连作土壤提供参考依据。结果表明:TR1处理(单施溶磷菌)、TR2处理(单施解钾菌)和TR3处理(溶磷菌和解钾菌配施)均能显著降低土壤盐分含量(49.8%~56.94%),增加辣椒坐果初期的土壤速效氮含量。溶磷菌对速效钾含量没有显著的促进作用,而解钾菌不仅显著增加了土壤速效钾含量,同时对于土壤磷元素的释放效果优于溶磷菌。溶磷菌和解钾菌配施产生了叠加效应,土壤速效氮、磷、钾含量显著高于其它处理,且使用次数越多,效果越佳,TR3处理辣椒667 m^2产量达到4 878 kg,较CK增产14.5%。因此在生产中溶磷菌与解钾菌配施效果更好,且应持续多次施用。

Abstract:The phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria were used as the research object,the effects of rhizosphere nutrient environment of pepper were studied by method of applying fertilizer in rhizosphere of field in order to solve the problem of pepper continuous cropping obstacles in Ningxia Pengyang.The results showed that,soil salinity content were significantly reduced in TR1 treatment(phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria),TR2 treatment(potassium-dissolving bacteria) and TR3 treatment(phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria) treatment,decreased by 49.8%-56.94%.In the initial stage of pepper fruit setting,the available nitrogen content were increased in the treatments which added phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria.The phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria treatment had no significant effect on available potassium.Applied potassium-dissolving bacteria could significantly increase soil available potassium content,and release more phosphorus from soil than added phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria.Cause of the superposition effect of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria combined application,the content of soil available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in TR3 treatment was significantly higher than other treatments,and with the number of applications increased,the effect was more pronounced.The yield of pepper per 667 m^2 in TR3 treatment reached 4 878 kg,which was 14.5% higher than that of CK.Therefore,in the production,the combined application of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria was better,and the application should be continued multiple times.
