梁结构等效模型的研究与应用

摘    要:基于梁的基本理论和结构灵敏度分析,讨论了材料不一致的比例模型的研制方法,并将这一方法应有于梁或由梁组成的框架结构中。有限元法的验证表明了该方法的正确性,这一方法将对农业机械动力学试验的简化具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Test of structural dynamics are widely used in the study on mechanical structure of agricultural machinary, and it plays a very important role in the field. However, it is difficult to perform such a test for structure with large scale or high precision. It may be fulfilled by the means of the scaled model test. In the paper, the theory of scaled model, whose material of structure may be different from the prototype, is discussed based on the basic beam theory and sensitive analysis of structure. And a new method, the model comparison method, is developed to make the test model equivalent to the original structure. The means of the model modification by analyses of structural sensitivity and the modal shape is described. The method has been proved by beam and frame structures composed of beams, and the results are satisfactory. The method may be further developed to analyze structural dynamics in other fields in future.
