| 摘 要： | 本文研究了４例患白肌病（ＷＭＤ）绵羔羊体内ＶＥ、Ｓｅ与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）活性的关系。结果表明，４例羔羊血Ｓｅ含量低达０．０１５μｇ／ｋｇ，且其含量与ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ活性呈正相关（ｐ＜０．００１）；患羊主要组织器官中Ｓｅ含量低于对照组（尤在肝脏低于０．０５μｇ／ｋｇ）；血清ＶＥ正常，而组织器官中α－ＶＥ很低。饲料中Ｓｅ低于０．０５μｇ／ｋｇ，α－ＶＥ更低

| Abstract: | The inter relationship of vitamin E(V E),selenium(Se) level and glutathione peroxidase activities (GSH-Px) in lambs soffered white muscle disease (WMD) was studied in the paper.The results indicated that serum Se level in four lambs with WMD was low (0 015μg/g),and it was pasitive correlated with the blood GSH-Px activities (P<0 01);Se concentration in their organs was lower than that in control lambs (particularly liver Se content was lower than 0 05μg/g);Serum V E was normal,but α-V E in organs was low level.Foodstuffs showed se content was lower than 0 05ppm,and α-V E was very low level. |
