几种重金属(Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn)在玉米植株不同器官中的分布特征

摘    要:对葫芦岛锌厂周围污染土壤上种植的玉米进行了田间调查研究。结果表明,在污染程度不同的地区,Cd、Pb、Zn在玉米植株不同器官的浓度大小均依次为:叶>根>茎>籽粒,而Cu在玉米植株不同器官的浓度大小依次为:根>叶>茎>籽粒;Cd在玉米根、茎和叶中的富集系数最大,Cu表现居中,Pb在玉米植株各器官中的富集系数均为较低,Zn在玉米籽粒中的富集系数最大;随着土壤中重金属含量的增加,玉米植株各器官的富集能力下降。

Abstract:The polluted maize samples in Huludao were studied in this paper .The results showed that contents sequence of Cd, Pb and Zn in the different organs of maize was leaves>roots>stems>seeds, but contents sequence of Cu in the different organs of maize was roots>leaves> stems>seeds. As for enrichment coefficients, Cd was the highest one in roots, stems and leaves, and Cu was the medium one in the all organs, Pb was the lower one in the all organs, Zn was the highest one in seeds. The enrichment ability of heavy metal was declining with the contents of heavy metal in soil increasing.
