脱落酸在平菇生产中的应用研究

摘    要:试验将不同脱落酸浓度(O.1ppm、0.5ppm、1ppm、2ppm)和培养料不同含水量(65%、67%、69%、71%、73%)进行拌料接种、发菌出菇,观察平菇菌丝生长、出菇以及产量等。结果表明,脱落酸浓度为1ppm-2ppm时增水效果最佳,可使培养料含水量在69%时的菌丝满袋时间与对照培养料含水量为65%时的菌丝满袋时间相当。产量方面脱落酸浓度为1ppm,2ppm,培养料含水量69%比对照培养料含水量为65%增产35%左右。培养料含水量在71%~E对照培养特含水量、内65%增产50%左右.

Abstract:The tests of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation were carried out under different ABA concentrations(0.1ppm,0.5 ppm,1 ppm,2 ppm) and different cultivation substrate water content(65%,67%,69%,71%,73%) to observe the effect on the mycelium growth,fruiting and yield.The test results showed that ABA concentration of 1 ppm~2 ppm had the best water increasing effect.The cultivation substrate of 69% water content had the equal to mycelium full-bag time with the control of 65% water content.Meanwhile,the yield of the c...
