蛹虫草继代培养后主要生物学性状的变化

摘    要:本研究观察了野生和栽培蛹虫草菌株在继代培养过程中主要生物学性状的变化。结果显示,随着培养代数的增加,蛹虫草的生物学性状发生了明显的改变,表现为菌丝生长速率逐渐下降,菌落颜色逐渐变淡并有角突变出现,产孢量明显减少,子实体形成能力也逐渐减弱甚至不能产生。为防止蛹虫草菌株的退化,应尽量减少在人工培养基上的培养代数。

Abstract:The main biological characteristics of the wild and cultivated strains of Cordyceps militaris during successive transfer culture were observed.The results indicated that the biological characteristics of Cordyceps militaris changed distinctly with the increase of culture generations.The mycelial growth rate slowed down,the colony color gradually faded with the appearance of colony sector,the sporulation decreased dramatically,and the ability of fruiting body formation degenerated or even failed to form.To p...
