拖拉机车轮侧向负载有限元分析

摘    要:依据GB/T 14785—2008《农林拖拉机和机械 车轮侧向负载疲劳试验方法》建立拖拉机车轮结构的有限元模型,利用分析软件对拖拉机车轮进行结构有限元分析,计算在疲劳试验加载工况下的应力水平和分布特点。针对车轮易受强度破坏的薄弱环节,提出合理的改进设计方案,使车轮的应力分布合理,提高产品质量,增强市场竞争力,为车轮的进一步优化设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:According to GB/T 14785—2008 "tractors and machinery for agricultural and forestry, test methods of wheels side load fatigue", finite element model of tractor wheel structure was established.Structural finite element analysis of tractor wheel was carried out by using analysis software, and stress level and distribution characteristics under loading condition of fatigue test were calculated.In view of weak links of wheel that were easy to be damaged by strength, a reasonable improvement design scheme was proposed to make stress distribution of wheel reasonable, improve product quality, enhance market competitiveness, and provide theoretical guidance for further optimization design of the wheel.
