平衡鼓间隙对多级泵后腔压力及轴向力的影响

摘    要:为研究多级离心泵平衡鼓径向间隙尺寸变化对末级叶轮后泵腔压力及轴向力的影响,基于SST k-ω湍流模型,应用Fluent软件分别对节段式多级离心泵进行数值计算,分别模拟平衡鼓径向间隙为0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mm的6种设计工况下,平衡鼓径向间隙尺寸对多级泵效率及平衡鼓轴向平衡能力的影响.计算结果表明,随着平衡鼓间隙增大,末级叶轮后泵腔内流体压力沿径向逐渐增大,后盖板外壁面压力分布不均匀;末级叶轮后泵腔中心截面压力呈平衡鼓间隙越大,后泵腔压力取值整体减小趋势,其压力幅值呈先减小后增大的趋势;末级叶轮所受轴向力在间隙为0.3 mm时最小;多级泵的效率随着平衡鼓间隙泄漏量的增大而降低,当泄漏量q>0.887 kg/s,效率降低明显.

Abstract:Compressible viscous fluid flows in an axial-split multistage centrifugal pumps were numerically calculated by using the Fluent software based on the SST k-ωturbulence model at six radial clearances 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mm to study effects of the blance drum clearance on pump efficiency,axial thrust and pressure in the rear chamber of the last stage impeller under design condition.The calculated results show that the fluid pressure in the rear chamber increases gradually in the radial direction,and the pressure on the hub near impeller outlet is distributed more unevenly along the circumferential direction with increasing blance drum clearance.The minimum pressure in the mid-span plane of the rear chamber is declined with increase of blance drum clearance,but the maximum pressure increment along the radius is the lowest at 0.2 mm clearance,then rises rapidly with increasing clearance.The axial thrust is the smallest at 0.3 mm clearance.The pump efficiency decreases with increasing leakage flow rate through the drum gap.Particularly,as the leakage flow rate is 0.887 kg/s,the efficiency has been lowered significantly.
