小麦粒重与幼苗根系生长发育的关系

摘    要:为了解小麦粒重与幼苗根系生长发育的关系,以60个小麦品种为研究对象,根据千粒重将其分为三种不同粒重类型,分别对种子萌发第4、第7和第14天的幼苗总根长、根表面积、根体积、根鲜重和主根长在不同粒重类型小麦间的差异进行分析。结果表明,种子萌发第4和第7天粒重对小麦幼苗的根系生长发育没有显著影响;在种子萌发第14天,幼苗总根长、根表面积、根体积、根鲜重均表现为大粒重类型>中粒重类型>小粒重类型,且不同类型间差异均显著,但粒重对主根长、分生区长度与宽度影响均不显著。这说明粒重对小麦幼苗根系生长发育有一定的正向效应。

Abstract:To explore the relationship between seed weight and root development of wheat seedlings,sixty wheat varieties were divided into three groups according to their kernel weight. The root related traits were measured for each group at the 4,7,and 14 days after germination. The results showed that thousand kernel weight had no significant effect on the root system at 4 and 7 days after germination,but significantly associated with the total root length,root surface area,root volume,and fresh root weight at 14 days after germination. Significantly,thousand kernel weight did not affect the primary root length or the length and width of the meristem zone at 14 days after germination. It suggested that grain weight has a certain positive effect on the root growth and development of wheat seedlings.
