| 摘 要： | 党的“十八大”把建设生态文明纳入执政纲领，明确提出大力推进生态文明建设，努力建设美丽中国，实现中华民族永续发展。该文结合青海省大通县城乡绿化建设实际，在总结大通县“十一五”林业成就的基础上，分析了生态文明建设存在的问题及具备的优势条件，提出了发挥林业主体作用，生态文明先行区建设的原则、目标和对策，为大通县生态文明建设指明了发展思路。

Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Civilization Construction in Datong County of Qing-hai Province |

| Abstract: | The ecological civilization construction was as the ruling programme in the party's 18th National Congress of CPC. It put forward clearly,vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization,and strive to build a beautiful Chinese,to achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation. In this paper, combined with the actual construction of urban and rural greening in Datong County of Qinghai Province, forestry achievements in the Eleventh Five-Year period was summarized,the existing problems of ecological civilization construction were analyzed,the ideas,principles,objectives and measures were put forward to de?velop the forestry role and promote ecological civilization first district construction ,that pointed out the de?velopment train of thought for the construction of ecological civilization in Datong County. |
