脱硫废弃物改良盐碱地四翅滨藜荧光特性的研究

摘    要:目的]为黄河河套地区盐碱地改良及脱硫废弃物资源化利用提供基础资料,摸索一条改良盐碱土的切实可行途径。方法]在全盐含量12.5 g/kg的重盐碱土上,分别施脱硫废弃物、糠醛渣、改良剂30.0、6.0、1.5 t/hm2,种植四翅滨藜;利用德国WALZ公司生产便携式光合作用-荧光测量系统GFS-3000,测定四翅滨藜叶绿素荧光参数。结果]与对照比较,施脱硫废弃物改良盐碱地上种植的四翅滨藜植物叶片初始荧光Fo、最大荧光Fm、PSⅡ原初光能转化效率Fv/Fm等均值有所提高;叶片光化学淬灭系数qP、非光化学淬灭系数qN、实际光量子产量的日变化波动幅度有所减小。结论]施脱硫废弃物可以减弱土壤盐碱胁迫对四翅滨藜叶片光合电子传递活性的影响,增强植物抗逆性,提高光合作用效率,促进植物生长发育。

Study of Fluorescence Characteristics of Atriplex Canescensn on Saline-alkali Soil by Using Desulfurized Slag

Abstract:Objective] The objective of the study was to provide some basic data for the improvement of saline-alkali soil in Hetao region of Yellow River and resource utilization of desulfurized slag and try to find a feasible way for the improvement of saline-alkali soil.Method]Atriplex canescensn was grown on the saline-alkali soil with a total salt content of 12.5 g/kg and an application of desulfurized slag 30.0 t/hm2,furfural residue 6.0 t/hm2 and modifying agent 1.5 t/hm2.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Atriplex canescensn was detected using the portable photosynthesis fluorescence measuring system GFS-3000 produced by Germany WALZ company.Result] The original fluorescence Fo,the maximum fluorescence Fm and the efficiency of PSII conversion of light energy Fv/Fm were increased while the fluctuation ranges of the daily change of the photochemical quenching coefficient qP,the non-photochemical quenching coefficient qN,and the effective PSII quantum yield were decreased of Atriplex canescensn in the saline-alkali soil improved by using desulfurized slag compared with that of the control.Conclusion] The effect of soil salinization stress on photosynthetic electron transfer activity of the leaves of Atriplex canescensn was reduced,stress resistance was improved,photosynthesis efficiency was upgraded and the growth was promoted by applying desulfurized slag.
