摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)对8个不同水稻品种的耐性影响,为耐性水稻品种筛选提供理论依据。方法]通过室内模拟试验方法,研究了不同浓度DEP对8种不同基因型水稻品种种子出苗数和幼苗苗高、根长以及干重的影响。结果]DEP对水稻种子出苗数的影响不明显。DEP对美香占的苗高、根长、茎叶干重和根系干重均有不同程度的促进效果;对天优998和华粳籼74有不同程度的抑制作用。DEP对玉香油占的茎叶干重有显著的促进作用,对中香1号的苗高和根长的生长均有显著的促进作用,对天优428的苗高有显著的抑制作用,对饶平香的茎叶干重有一定的抑制作用,但对桂香占的影响不显著。不同浓度DEP对水稻幼苗的影响从大到小为华粳籼74天优998天优428饶平香桂香占玉香油占中香1号美香占。结论]该研究可为邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)中低度污染农田种植水稻品种的选择提供科学依据。

Effect of Diethyl Phthalate (DEP) on the Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Different Genotypes Rice

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the tolerance of eight rice cultivars to different concentrations of DEP,so as to provide theoretical basis for the screening of DEP-tolerant rice cultivars.Method] The effects of diethyl phthalate(DEP) on seed germination and seedling growth(seedling height,root length,dry weight) of eight different genotypes rice were studied by simulated experiments.Result] The influence of DEP on the emergence number of rice seedlings was not significantly different with increasing DEP concentrations.DEP promoted the seedling height,root length,root dry weight and stem-leaf dry weight of Meixiangzhan rice.But on the contrary it inhibited them of Tianyou 998 rice and Huajingxian 74 rice.DEP significantly increased stem-leaf dry weight of Yuxiangyouzhan rice,and remarkably promoted seedling height and root length of Zhongxiang No.1 rice as well.DEP reduced seedling height of Tianyou 428 rice and steam-leaf weight of Raopingxiang rice significantly.The impacts of DEP on seedling growth of Guixiangzhan rice were not significant different with increasing DEP concentrations.The impacts of DEP on seedling of different genotypes rice followed the order of Huajingxian 74 > Tianyou 998 > Tianyou 428 >Raopingxiang >Guixiangzhan > Yuxiangyouzhan > Zhongxiang No.1 >Meixiangzhan.Conclusion] The study provides scientific basis for the selection of rice cultivars to be planted in the moderately PAEs-contaminated soil.
