摘    要:目的]为国审杂交油菜(Brassia campestris L.)新品种德核杂油8号的大面积推广应用提供参考。方法]德核杂油8号是安徽省滁州市农业科学研究所利用隐性核不育三系技术育成的油菜新品种。介绍了其选育过程、特征特性及高产栽培技术要点。结果]2008~2009和2009~2010年度参加国家冬油菜新品种试验。2010年通过国家审定,审定编号国审油2010001。该品种具有优质、高产、稳产和抗性强等优良特点。2年度国家油菜试验中,其平均芥酸含量0.2%,硫苷27.75μmol/g饼,含油量41.97%,平均产量2 579.70kg/hm2,比对照秦优7号增产8.31%。结论]德核杂油8号适宜长江下游地区及相似生态区域推广种植。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to provide a reference for its popularization and application in a large scale.Method] Dehezayou No.8 is new hybrid rape variety by Chuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences,Anhui Province using recessive genic male sterile and three lines technology.Its breeding process,characteristics and high yield cultivation techniques were introduced.Result] Dehezayou No.8 took part in the annual national winter rape new variety test in 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 year.It passed the national certification in 2010 year,and its validation code was 2010001 examined and approved by National Crop Variety Examination Committee of China.The rape variety had excellent characteristics of good quality,high yield,stable yield and strong resistance.Two annual national rape trials showed that its average erucic acid content was 0.2%,glucosinolate content was 27.75 μmol/g pie,oil content was 41.97%,and its average yield was 2 579.70 kg/hm2,more than the control by 8.31%.Conclusion] Dehezayou No.8 is suitable for planting in the Yangtze River and similar ecological region.
